Runner's Evaluation
Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers offers a Runner’s Evaluation intended for runners of all ages, distances, and skill levels. This comprehensive examination reviews flexibility, range of motion, muscular strength, and running patterns. It is designed to help runners (and even walkers) learn how to correctly and efficiently use their bodies, and ultimately reach their full running potential. After the evaluation, we provide you with a final report. The information includes recommendations on improving your running technique and instructions for a home exercise program.
Accelerated also offers special services for endurance athletes competing in triathlons, marathons, as well as cycling and swimming events. These services include biomechanical analysis of the gait, cycle and swim stroke efficiency, and individualized training programs.
