Appointments
Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers makes scheduling your appointment easy. Our Centralized Schedulers are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CT). The choice is yours in regards to how you would like to schedule your appointment. You can either:
1. Contact our Centralized Schedulers at 1-877-97-REHAB. They will assist you with a time and location that best suits your needs.
2. Call the Accelerated Rehabilitation Center that is most convenient for you. See our list of locations for contact information.
3. Complete the online form below and a Centralized Scheduler will contact you between 8:00am and 5:00pm (CT) Monday through Friday to assist you in scheduling your appointment. Requests submitted at other times will be scheduled promptly the following business day.

Accelerated has over 111 locations for your rehabilitation needs. We offer early morning, evening and weekend hours. Emergency appointments will be accommodated. Convenient parking is available.
