Functional Capacity Evaluation
A standardized objective evaluation of an employee’s ability to perform work tasks related to the physical demand factors of their job (i.e., lifting, pushing, walking, etc.). The evaluation which can be either a baseline or job specific assessment also addresses consistency, validity-of-effort, productivity and safety.

- Musculoskeletal Evaluation
- Validity of Effort Testing
- Cardiovascular/Endurance Testing
- Functional/Work Tolerance Testing
- Functional Mobility Testing
- Body Mechanics Assessment
- Observation of employee traits and behaviors
Features:
- Legally defensible, research based objective testing protocols to determine an individual’s ability perform essential job functions and return-to work
- All FCE reports are reviewed to ensure compliance with Accelerated’s quality assurance guidelines
- Validity of Effort testing includes a battery of 15-25 objective, research-based tests
