Work Conditioning

A daily four hour program designed to address an injured worker’s physical deficits and prepare them for return-to-work with a focus on stretching and strengthening, aerobic training, body mechanics/pacing and job simulation.

Features:

  • Includes progressive work simulation activity
  • Emphasis on patient education/body mechanics
  • Builds strength and endurance for RTW
