• Initial reports are promptly provided within days of the patient's first visit.

• Progress notes are mailed, faxed, or securely e-mailed (per physician preference) every two weeks as well as when patients return for a physician follow-up visit.
• Brief and useful notes provide the necessary information for formulating a treatment plan.
