Spine rehabilitation
The structure of the spine includes a network of joints, bones, discs, and nerves aligned in a curved position supported by muscles and ligaments. Back problems develop due to trauma, poor postural habits, repetitive movements, or activities of daily living. In fact, studies indicate that more than half of the population will experience spinal symptoms at some point in their adult life.
With this in mind, along with advanced training, years of experience, and knowledge directly related to spine health, therapy and rehabilitation, Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers developed a comprehensive Spine Rehabilitation Program. Our spine therapy program is lead by therapists with specific training in the spine and its complex network of joints, bones, discs, and nerves.
Treatment begins with a thorough evaluation that assesses strength, range of motion, and repeated movements. Accelerated's spine health specialists then design a customized program with treatment options to help you restore normal motion and strength. The plan of care will also include education and instruction in home exercises for self-management of your symptoms. The goal? To return you to your life or sport.
