"I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say "thanks" for all of your good work with Matt. He has started lifting this week and, after three days, all seems good. Although I am pretty sure he doesn't love the 5:30am wake up calls! He has started a little under where he was before the injury, but he doesn't seem to have any residual pain (not that he would tell me!). On Friday, which is "shoulder day", he will be using some of the exercises you told him to use...he will probably come back to you once those feel "too easy". Again, just wanted to thank you and Allison for working with Matt. Fortunately, Matt has not had many injuries during high school (knock on wood!), and you both made it "easy" to get into the rehab mode. It was funny...when we left the last PT session, Matt said he was going to "miss doing PT each week". You know you are doing a great job when the patient says they will "miss" their physical therapy sessions! Keep it up...you guys do a great job down there!"
